k800i puk code?

Problem:

k800i puk code?

Solution
:
  1. Enter the wrong securuty code 3 times. Phone then asks for P.U.K. Code :- This is an 8 digit code that should be somewhere in the documentation that came with the phone. If you can't find in in docs. make sure you've registered your Sim-Card with the network & you can log on to the networks home page (via PC) then you'll find under the support or help tab an option that says unlock phone, select this it'll then ask you to enter your Phone number, do this & it'll generate ur PUK Code, enter the code it gives you on your phone.Only other way is to ring ur networks customer services from another network or a land-line & ask for your PUK Code they'll ask for your Phone number then give you the correct code, enter the code they give you.BUT BE CAREFUL IF YOU ENTER THE PUK CODE INCORRECTLY 10 TIMES IT'LL BLOCK YOUR SIM-CARD COMPLETELY & YOU'LL NEED TO BUY A NEW SIM.
  2. Complete information :The SIM card protects your subscription and not the phone from unauthorised users. If you change SIM cards you can still use your phone with a new SIM card. Most SIM cards are blocked at the time of purchase. If your SIM card lock is on you have to enter your PIN (Personal Identity Card) every time you turn on the phone. If you enter the wrong password three times in a row the SIM card gets blocked. This is indicated by the message PIN Blocked To unblock this you need to enter your PUKNote: card (Personal Unblocking Key). Your PIN and PUK is supplied by your service provider. You can edit your PIN and select a new four to eight digit number
If the Message Codes do not match appears when you edit your PIN you entered the new PIN incorrectly.
If the message Wrong PIN followed by Old PIN appears then it means that you have entered the old PIN incorrectly. To unblock your SIM card:
When PIN Blocked appears enter your PUK > OK
Enter a new four to eight PIN > OK
Re-enter the new PIN to confirm > OKTo edit your PIN:
